Hey, mama.

Are you ready to lose weight, and find your own approach - one that actually empowers you?

Are you tired of Weight Watchers, Beachbody, calorie counting, and trying to figure out which one is “right,” only to gain the weight all back again?

If so, I bet you can relate to these situations...

  • Working out, tracking every calorie burned, and eating those calories back

  • Eating all of your points by noon.

  • Dividing your lunch up into all the color coated containers and stressing about it

And, I bet you’ve tried every single diet out there only to feel like you aren’t making any progress.

  • You think you’re in a calorie deficit, but you’re still not losing weight.

  • You’re overwhelmed with meal prep.

  • You’re so focused on the number on the scale that it’s hard to see the non-scale wins you are having.

It’s not your fault.

First, I promise your lack of effort or willpower is not the issue.

If you’re anything like me and the smart, capable working moms I work with, you are quite skilled at getting things done.

Second, the diet industry has probably done a number on you.

You may no longer even know what a healthy meal actually looks like anymore. The kind of meal that balances your blood sugar, steadies your mood, truly satisfies you, and helps you drop weight.

Did you know that the diet industry has a staff of people whose sole purpose is to sell you quick-fix promises? And 95% of them fail.

It’s the diet plan, NOT you.

Finally, since your eating patterns and habits developed over a lifetime, you aren’t supposed to resolve them overnight. And, that’s ok!

You’re not supposed to resolve a lifetime of habits overnight.

For example, no one seems to talk much about how to handle the emotional part of eating. For those of us who overeat, food is our drug of choice. We need time to unlearn our habits (the physical and emotional). And we need time to learn new habits that do not leave us starving and unfulfilled. The 1200 calorie diet days are gone.

Let’s find a way to feel good and have real energy to show up to our lives!

Here’s some good news!

If you’re willing to zoom out the lens - take your time, get to know yourself, what you truly need, and what actually feels good in your body - you can lose the weight for good.

  • Imagine a life where you are feeding your body foods that love your body back, not because you have to, but because it feels great, and you want to.

  • Imagine a life where you are picking and choosing when you want something that is more indulgent, instead of feeling out of control.

  • Imagine a life where you have a super simple, daily mindfulness practice that makes you feel calm, safe, and in charge of what you eat.

  • Imagine a life where you intentionally start meeting your own needs, paying attention to the people around you and the food you eat.

  • Imagine you learn how to lean into stressful situations instead of eating stress away and letting anxiety have its way with you.

  • Imagine moving your body regularly because it’s how you take care of yourself, not as a punishment or another thing to do.

Losing weight without the typical stress, deprivation or denial is possible with the right support and step-by-step guidance.

Hi, I’m Dr. Molly Lupo!

My passion lies in helping women lose weight using sensible and sustainable methods.

I do this by showing you how to create a more peaceful way of being around food. This allows you to break free from following diets and other crazy, painful approaches.

I spent 10 years doing all the diets-calorie counting, Beachbody, Weight Watchers, extended exercise-but things didn’t shift for me until I gave up the notion of clinging so tight to weight loss and leaned into the things that actually made me feel good.

By learning to take care of myself, the weight loss came as a side effect.

By paying attention to my emotions and getting present with my food - I was able to hone in and listen to my own body and give it what it truly needs to thrive. I got to start deciding when a donut was worth it to me - but also when I’d rather have a big bowl of oatmeal.

When I started to make choices instead of blindly following a diet system, that’s when confidence and empowerment began to take hold in my body.

And you can do this too.

What My Ladies Are Saying…

“Before working with Molly, I was exhausted daily and quick to order take out. The decision to work with her was easy to make, and following through has been an exciting and challenging journey. Molly has been so supportive and informative along the way. She is understanding of my needs and goals, is always easy to reach when I have questions or concerns or even doubts that I have within myself. Before I knew it a month of change had happened and 15 pounds had been shed. I wasn’t binging the cupboards at night or starving from a day of dieting. I was going to bed each night full and satisfied. I feel happier with myself, I have more energy, I have confidence, and I have my health as a number one priority for myself and my family. I cannot imagine going back to my old lifestyle now knowing that I can take care of myself without restricting what I want. I am so incredibly thankful for Molly and her program.”
