Here is my favorite smoothie recipe:
- Acai Berry Puree (these are the kind I use) 
- Frozen strawberries (50 grams) 
- Frozen blueberries (50 grams) 
- Frozen raspberries (50 grams) 
- Banana (fresh or frozen cut in chunks) 
- Almond Milk or Water (1-2 c to 1 cup depending on the thickness you like)! 
- 1 scoop protein powder 
Blend all together!
