To complete your consultation request, I'll reach out via email to securely collect your payment information. I'm committed to providing dedicated time and attention to each patient, which is why appointments require 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less notice will be subject to a $100 full appointment fee, not covered by insurance. This policy helps ensure I can provide the highest quality care to all my patients.

After booking, you'll receive access to your intake forms, which must be completed before your appointment. This helps us make the most of our time together.

During this comprehensive visit, we'll discuss your complete health history, explore your weight management goals, and begin developing your personalized treatment plan. This is your time to share your story and ask questions in a judgment-free space.

I'll order the necessary lab work at an outside facility and ask you to research which weight management medications your insurance may cover. These steps help us make informed decisions about your treatment options.

Once your lab results are available (typically within one week), we'll meet again to review your results, discuss medication options based on your coverage, and finalize your personalized treatment plan.

If medication is part of your plan, we'll schedule monthly 30-minute follow-up appointments to monitor your progress, address any concerns, and make adjustments as needed.
