I’m a mom, just like you.

I’ve been exactly where you are.

I’ve tried every diet: Weight Watchers, counting calories,  Beachbody, and more. It wasn’t until I used macros as a framework to lose weight after my second baby that I really started understanding food composition.

Once I understood food composition, I started connecting food to how I felt. 

And once I understood how food made me feel, I shifted to a more mindful practice around food and lost a total of 70 pounds (with macros and mindfulness techniques). 

  • I learned to detach from the outcome (the weight I wanted) and focus on the things I could do everyday to feel my best.

  • I stopped working out just to eat back my calories. I worked out because it felt good & made my body strong.

  • I started journaling to avoid overwhelm as a Mom.

  • I made a morning routine a habit so when the rest of my house woke up I was already fueled with what made me feel good.

In turn became a better mom and wife. And you can, too.

I’m an Adult Nurse Practitioner who cares more about you than a 15 minute visit every 3 months. I believe in partnering with you in a supported way to empower you to make your own framework of health & wellbeing so you don’t have to go on another diet ever again.

A system for the mind, body and soul that gives me the freedom to live life without restrictions and fear around food and the opportunity to say goodbye to shame-filled binges for good.

Dr. Molly Lupo believes that things like nutrition, movement, mindfulness techniques, and meditation can change people’s lives.  

She believes in asking good questions, being curious and helping her clients and patients discover their own path for sane, sustainable weight loss. 

Dr. Molly uses an integrative approach to losing weight and preventative primary care by using evidence-based medicine coupled with her Health and Wellness Coaching certification, Nutrition Certification, and Lifestyle Medicine training to honor your vision, your values, and get you feeling your best.

Dr. Molly is a Creighton-trained, board certified Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor in Nursing Practice. She completed a year-long post-graduate fellowship at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. She brings her expertise, knowledge, and experience to individuals while partnering with you and tailoring a program to maximize your overall health and wellbeing. 

Dr. Molly is a wife, Mom of three, and loves to read, bake with her kids, stay active, learn about new mindfulness techniques, and fill her plate with all the fruits and veggies because it legit gives her the energy she needs to chase around all those kiddos!
